Brad Roost heads the lake research division for Cason & Associates, LLC. His primary responsibilities are designing and conducting lake studies, writing grant proposals and working with lake organizations to develop management plans.
Brad received Bachelors of Science degrees in Limnology, Water Chemistry, and Aquatic Toxicology from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point in 1997. Following graduation he worked in the areas of wetland and lake research as well as habitat restoration. In 1999, Brad took a position as a Laboratory Assistant with the Department of Chemistry and Geology, at Minnesota State University, Mankato, MN. While at Minnesota State University, Brad completed coursework in a Multidisciplinary Masters of Science program. In 2004, Brad started his career as a lake and pond management consultant. In 2009, Brad joined the Cason & Associates’ team.
In his spare time, Brad enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking and volunteering his time at various church and school activities.
